Nowadays we are busy with technology and spend most of our time on computer, mobile games and internet. In this continuation Amriss is trying to bring the tradition of Latim to the people.
Amriss divides all those chapters into six sections. One of them is latim. One of the most popular childhood games in the 80s-90s and even earlier was Latim.

Materials
Earlier it was the thread makers who used to make the village boys into latims. They usually make this Latim with Guava and Guava branches. Selected jute was used to make lati or ribbon for latim. At present latim is made commercially from cottony soft wood and latim ribbon from ganji cloth. Latims are usually made with a machine that rotates. The shape of the lathe is determined by a tool like a sharp moulder.
